If you would like to post an ad on the MDLA website, please fill out the following form. Be sure to indicate which category you would like your information to appear under. Do not select more than one category. The Job Postings section of the MDLA website is a service offered for $35 per posting for MDLA members and $50 for non-members. Postings will be up for a 30 days (unless otherwise indicated).
Upon receipt of payment, your classified will be posted on the website. Fields marked with an asterisk * are required.
After you submit your ad above, please transfer to the online processing page and submit credit card information online. Your credit card will be processed after your ad has been reviewed. Be sure to hit Submit on the above form to forward your information before transferring to the payment screen!
If you have selected to pay by check, please forward to the MDLA office address below. If you have selected to be invoiced, a bill will be forwarded to the address provided.
