MDLA Northland Registration

You may register for the whole two-day program, or just one-day or a half-day -- whatever fits into your schedule. Download registration brochure, or complete the online registration form below. MDLA members get a reduced rate so if you are not currently a member, click here to go to the membership portion of the website, or click here to download a membership brochure.

Members: As an MDLA member you have paid your dues, and this meeting price reflects a member benefit for you and your lab. If asked, please do not share this valuable benefit that you have paid forby registering a non-member.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Registration fee, less a $20 administrativecharge, is refundable if cancellation is received at least three days prior tomeeting. No refunds with less than 72 hour notice.

Please note that discounts are only for multiple registrations from the same member company.Also, they must be registered in the same category (i.e. Friday only, Friday & Saturday, etc.) to receive the discount. The first 5 people go at the 1-5 rate, person 6 and above go at the 6th + rate.
